Funny Book Splatter 014: Cullen Bunn

This week’s guest is one of the most prolific writers in the industry today, Cullen Bunn.  The man has published and is publishing books through Oni Press, Marvel Comics, DC Comics, BOOM! Studios, Dark Horse Comics, and now for the very first time with Image Comics with Regression.  If that name sounds familiar, you are right as I had the Regression art team of Danny Luckert and Marie Enger on as guests on episode ten.  Now we’ll get Cullen’s perspective on the intense series.  The first issue is scheduled to drop this upcoming Wednesday, May 10th.  It is an incredible read and you should definitely be picking it up this week.

Cullen can be found online at his official site and on Twitter.

Finally, if you want to hear my soothing voice more often, be sure to check out my other podcast, Raging Nerdon with co-host BJ Boothe.  This week’s episode is called The Auto Shop of Dr. Moreau where we learn about BJ’s secret love of baseball video games and I wonder if Batman is also a ventriloquist.

Lastly, if you're a horror comics creator, I want to hear from you!  Whether you're a first time writer launching a Kickstarter campaign or an established artist who has been working in the industry for years, you'd be a welcome guest on the show.  Reach out to me via email or on Twitter.
