THE EYRIE BRINGS NEW HORROR FROM THOM BURGESS
After reading Malevolents and having trouble sleeping because of how utterly terrifying it was, it's safe to say that I'll read anything that Thom Burgess writes. You can imagine my excitement when I heard he's got a new one-shot comic debuting this month. The Eyrie, illustrated by Barney Bodoano, follows a young photographer out in the wilderness of Sussex where she finds a dark and creepy evil brewing within the shadows. Here's the write-up from Burgess:
After accepting a last minute job request from an old client, American photographer, Rebecca finds herself alone in one of the remote parts of Britain’s South Coast. Amidst the mist swept fields and superstitious townsfolk, Rebecca will soon find out that there are worse threats than simply not finishing her job on time...
The Eyrie will feature a foreword by English actor, writer, and comedian Reece Shearsmith. It is currently available for pre-order through Big Cartel.
