It's been over five years since we last saw Shivers the Clown raining death and destruction with his trusty ax in Fear of Clowns 2. If you're like me, you might have been wondering whatever happened to that troubled young man. Well, wonder no longer, as a reporter has tracked down the elusive killer and released a video showing what Shivers has been doing with his time since the last time we saw him.
