LUTHER STRODE RETURNS IN APRIL

If you want to read one of the bloodiest comics ever created, look no further than Luther Strode. Writer Justin Jordan and artist Tradd Moore are reuniting for The Legacy of Luther Strode, the final chapter in the trilogy set to launch from Image Comics on April 1st, 2015. Luther and Petra have been on the run for five years and they're done with it. The Murder Cult is going down. The road to Cain starts here in a double-sized first issue.

"This is what we've been building to. All those questions? They get answered here," said Jordan. "This is Luther Strode taken worldwide. We're going bigger, crazier and bloodier than before, and there's no guarantees anyone is making it out alive."

The trilogy began in The Strange Talent of Luther Strode, showing an average nerd that sends away for a bodybuilding course from an old comic. This one just happens to work a lot better than he ever imagined. Although this newfound strength made school easier, it also made Luther a target for some very bad people.

The follow up, The Legend of Luther Strode picked up as the title character became more than a nightmare for the evil men in his city. He was hunted by a renowned killer and ended up with a level of redemption and a new mission in life: Stop the people that made him what he is.

The Legacy of Luther Strode takes Petra and Luther across the world, from Russia to Hong Kong and finally to some place east of Eden. They're hunting the man that started all this: Cain himself.

I'm a little behind on Luther Strode, but this gives me just the excuse to catch up with the final mini-series debuting on April 1st. Hey, am I the only one that gets a Super Saiyan vibe from that cover art?
