For A Few Zombies More Poster

I'm a big fan of Chance Shirley and Crewless Productions' movies. Both Hide and Creep and Interplanetary are a great amount of fun. Directed by Shirley and Chuck Hartsell, and written by Shirley, Hartell and Michael Shelton, when I had the opportunity to review For a Few Zombies More, I jumped on it. Even though it's no secret I'm done with the undead, I knew I would not be disappointed because of who was involved, and I was right.

A psuedo sequel to Hide and Creep, For a Few Zombies More is a return to Thornsby, Alabama, and starting tomorrow, available on Amazon VOD. If you haven't yet seen Hide and Creep, that's currently streaming free for Prime members. I highly suggest you watch that before For a Few Zombies More.

Watch for the Blu-ray and DVD release in 2018.

FOR A FEW ZOMBIES MORE is a post-apocalyptic action/adventure movie in the spirit of ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK and THE ROAD WARRIOR. It also serves as the sequel to the cult favorite zombie comedy HIDE AND CREEP (2004). The film takes place 10 years after the collapse of modern civilization and follows a woman (Catherine Kinsey) with no name who teams up with a resourceful militiaman (Michael Shelton) and a video store clerk-turned-gunslinger (Chuck Hartsell) to rescue a scientist who may hold the key to ending the zombie plague.

The dead walk the earth. Civilization cast in ruin. What else could go wrong?

He's the puppet master. You don't see him, but he pulls the strings that gets things done. He's the silent partner. He's black ops. If you notice his presence, it's the last thing you'll notice — because now you're dead. He's the shadow you thought you saw in that dark alleyway. You can have a conversation with him, and when you turn around to offer him a cup of coffee, he's already gone.
