STILLS FROM THE CASE OF MARY FORD
We just had some info come in on this interesting-looking short movie. It was shot on location in Samarades, Evia, Greece and tells a sinister story of a Greek woman accused of murder. The Case of Mary Ford comes from award winning director Ben Mole and stars Branko Tomovic (Entity), Yannis Stankoglou (Hostage) and Dimitra Hatoupi (The Third Night) with newcomer Tamar Karabetyan. It has just been completed and is starting the international festival circuit now. Could we see this as part of the short film showcase at Frightfest 2013? Only time will tell.
It's adapted from the award winning short story by John Mole and tells the story of the Greek legend of the Vrykolakas, a vampire from the sea.
