COLOR YOUR OWN CTHULHU WITH NEW COLORING BOOK

When my first son was born three years ago, I couldn't wait to share all the things I love with him.  Since then, his life has been a whirlwind of super heroes and monsters.  Being a dad can be pretty great.  It can be tough to share horror though as that's usually inappropriate for kids.  That's not the case with C is for CthulhuJason Ciaramella and Greg Murphy have collaborated on an alphabet board book inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft as well as a plush Cthulhu toy.  Both of these were funded on Kickstarter and I backed them both.  My kid loves these things and it's pretty awesome hearing him try to pronounce stuff like R'lyeh or K'n-Yan.  (If I'm being honest, I don't fully know how to pronounce them either.)

Ciaramella and Murphy are joining forces once more, along with publisher ComixTribe, for another C is for Cthulhu product that's right up my alley and perfect for my little monsters.  Now they can color their own elder gods with the C is for Cthluhu coloring book.  This was one of the most requested products from the fan community and they are definitely delivering here with a 40 page book filled with creepy and cuddly creatures and characters inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft.

The C is for Cthulhu coloring book is currently on Kickstarter (and yes, I backed it).  It has already met its funding goal of $9,000 with 20 days remaining.  Rewards include the book (obviously), as well as some of the past products like the alphabet board book, poster, and plush toy, plus a digital copy to print out as many times as you'd like.  If you want to try it out before pledging, you can download a free 5 page sampler of ready-to-color pages.  If that's not enough to peak your interest, a backer is chosen once a day to win a big box of Crayola crayons.

I absolutely love the C is for Cthulhu line and it's a blast sharing this horror stuff with my kid.  He sees Cthulhu the same way he sees characters like Mickey Mouse or Dora the Explorer, albeit only one of those is capable of truly driving you insane (I'm looking at you, Dora).  There's been a boon of kid-friendly horror books of late and this is the latest in that batch.
