TELLTALE GAMES' THE WALKING DEAD SEASONS 1 AND 2 NOW AVAILABLE
The Walking Dead is not just on the comic pages and your TV screen. It's also on your video game console. TellTale Games has announced the release of the first two seasons of The Walking Dead: A TellTale Games Series available in stores at retail and for download on Playstation 4 and Xbox One for the first time in North America and Europe. Retail editions will also be available for the first time on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
Set in the world of Robert Kirkman's long-running comic series from Image Comics, The Walking Dead game has received all kinds of praise and heaps of awards. It's sold more than 39 million episodes worldwide (each season is broken up into five episodes). The choices the player makes carry on and alter the story down the line. If you're an asshole to Hershel, he'll remember it later on. Season Two continues the story of Clementine, a young girl orphaned at the onset of the zombie apocalypse.
Although I dig The Walking Dead comic, I had a tough time getting into the game. The story was great but I found the gameplay boring. I was out after I had to explain to someone how batteries work in the first season.
