On September 9th Twisted Showcase continued its journey into the strange with TOILET SOUP, a pitch black comedy starring Red Dwarf's Norman Lovett, who oozes bitterness and menace as a narcissistic toilet assistant who just wants you to learn to think.

Twisted Showcase was delighted to work with the legendary comedian, whose affinity and passion for the issues dealt with in Toilet Soup, an uncompromising attack on internet trolls and general ignorance, gives the episode a powerful authenticity that is hard to ignore.

As well as featuring some familiar genre faces, the series' unique charm and appeal led to it being named as the only British independent show to make The Guardian's Top 25 list of web shows that you need to see. Considering that list also consists of shows that involve heavy-hitters like Seth MacFarlane, Joss Whedon, John Woo and David Lynch, that's some accolade for this British web show.

Check out the episode below, but be warned: there are adult themes and visuals on show.
