GWAR has been thrown into the timestream by their arch-enemy Mr. Perfect. Now they're bouncing from era to era in a penis shaped time machine spreading chaos and bloodshed wherever – and whenever – they go. The Orgasmageddon is not some horrible dystopian future. Instead, it's proof that GWAR was responsible for major events in human history. This time around we see how they affected World War II, the Titanic, and more. No one is safe!
I thought this book hit a high mark for elaborate kills with the first issue, but clearly the creative team was just getting started. This issue includes two of the most insane kills I've ever seen. Somewhere Jason Voorhees is reading this comic and crying because he didn't think of rubbing two people together to start a fire. This actually happens in the comic and it's friggin' hilarious. How would that even work? It doesn't matter! It's GWAR and they made it happen.

Artist Jonathan Brandon Sawyer does an awesome job with these scenes. His artwork walks the line between the gruesome and the humorous. Yes, there are some cringeworthy scenes of gore, but they're also pretty damn funny, especially with the context and the victims.
The members of GWAR may look monstrous, however they mean well...sort of. They are quick to violence against anyone that might cause them shit, but they're not going to do something really mean like hurt a dog. This comes through in their appearance in the book too. They look almost innocent or naïve in how they see the world as they're focused primarily on how to have fun, play metal music, and kill people that piss them off.

GWAR falls through time encountering everything from cavemen to literal monsters. The beast that shows up on the final page is something extraordinary. It's absolutely insane and ridiculous, but a perfect enemy for the group. Of course they'd have to fight something like this.
GWAR: Orgasmageddon continues to be the dark humor, blood-soaked comic you can't help but love. It's like an alternate version of Bill & Ted where they murder people throughout time. Wouldn't that be a fun take? If you are into horror, outlandish kills, and non-stop gags, this is the comic for you.
