TRAILER AND ARTWORK FOR JAMES WAN'S THE CONJURING

Look what James Wan has conjured up. It's the Instagram-inspired artwork and teaser trailer ahead of its release in UK cinemas from July 19th 2013 from Warner Brothers. Wan is no stranger to the horror scene, having kicked off the Saw franchise and then moved from all-out gore to psychologically scarring movie-goers with Insidious. The Conjuring looks like it's sticking with the haunted house forumula as the following synopsis suggests:

Before there was Amityville, there was Harrisville.

Based on a true story, The Conjuring tells the horrifying tale of how renowned paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren

were called upon to help a family terrorised by a dark presence in a secluded farmhouse.

Forced to confront a powerful demonic entity, the Warrens find themselves caught in the most terrifying case of their lives.
