The Four Horsemen Go Digital

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the latest comic from Heavy Metal has made the jump to digital.  You can now read the epic battle between good and evil on comiXology on the web or on your favorite mobile device.  The comic is being released in weekly chapters each Wednesday through the entire comiXology platform.  These digital chapters will also include never-before-seen artwork from series artist Simon Bisley (The Tower Chronicles) and Dave DeVries (The Monster Engine).

“comiXology is at the top of their game,” explained Four Horsemen writer Michael Mendheim.  “My goal is to have Four Horsemen available through as many outlets as possible.  Four Horsemen is a bare-fisted, in your face biblical story where broken heroes control the fate of humanity. It's a bigger story then just one platform.”

I really dug the first two books in The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (Helldiver and The Chosen).  The final book, End of Days, is due out soon.  I've also recently become a digital comic convert so I'm excited about this.  comiXology is doing a bang up job so anything that expands their library is a good thing.  The first two chapters of The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are now available.
