Release Trailer:
Un-edited gameplay (PS3):
It looks a bit rough; a good bit less polished than I would have liked it, but the gameplay reminds me of a mixture of Fallout 3/New Vegas, Borderlands and Left 4 Dead. I'll keep my pre-order.

So after all the bitching and moaning did anyone buy it? I just picked it up for £12 UK as research for when I get a review copy of Dead Island Riptide. Finding it quite enjoyable so far. It's not really breaking any new ground, but the gore is quite satisfying, especially when you lop off a zombie arm or leg.
I also like the ability to kick the zombies, which comes in handy with the 'screamers' that come hurtling at you from a distance. Stand your ground, time a well placed kick and the zombie hits the ground where you can carve it up. Ace.

I picked it up. It's like a zombie version of Borderlands. Get a quest. Do it. Get paid. I started the game but haven't done much else with it.

Nope. I was going to buy it new back then, but then I saw the game play vid and that stopped me cold. I'm not a fan of the, "Hey, I'd love to help you but I need a wrench. Get me a wrench so I can change this spark plug and I'll give you what you want." Because in a real life zombie situation, my response would be, "Fuck you" as I bash your head in with the wrench. So why would I want to use leisure time doing other people's errands?
Fuck. That. Shit.
If I see it for $10, I might pick it up.

This pretty much says it all. My price is 10 or under.

You're no Rick Grimes, that's for sure.
