Repairman Jack series.
I'm currently in the middle of the Repairman Jack series for the second or third time. I don't think I like it as much as the first time I read through them, but they have still been a lot of fun and consistently good.
The only problem I have that I've never noticed before is the scars on Jack's chest that he received in the first book play a part in every novel.
Anyone else read this series?

Yes, I read this series. Have you read the other books of the Adversary Cycle? I would reccomend reading them if not. They are in order:
THE KEEP
RAKOSHI (formerly THE TOMB)
THE TOUCH
REBORN
REPRISAL
NIGHTWORLD
They all tie into eachother with Nightworld being not just the end, but the end of the Repariman Jack series too. Technically anyways, because he wrote that book before Jack was even a series, I believe. Things in all the Jack novels tie into all the Adversary novels, and a lot of characters come in and out of them. Also, a couple of things in the later Jack novels won't have the same meaning (or at least make much sense) if you haven't at least read The Keep.

I've read the Keep years ago, and sonofabitch if I didn't start it as the first like i should have this time around.
After I knock out the series, I'll take a break then come back and read the adversary cycle (I've never read them, but I think Hitman has).

I've read the Keep and I own several of the Repairman Jack novels and all of the Adversary Cycle novels, I know that The Tomb is the second book of the Adversary Cycle and the first book of the Repairman Jack series, which series is better?

Apples/Oranges in my opinion. The Repairman Jack series turned into a true series. The Adversary cycle were separate ideas/novels cobbled together over time. I know he's updated them to make them more cohesive but they were just kind of aspects or sides of the same thing if that makes sense, and Jack was just one portion of that. Enjoy all of them. Enjoy the Otherness, Kickerman.

I read The Keep and hated it. It was boring and very predictable.
I have The Tomb (which I think is the first book in the Repairman Jack series) but I haven't read it yet.
